Time off with pay, not to exceed five
days per annum, may be granted regular full-time or
part-time employees with more than three months of
service with the Association in the event of death or
critical illness in the immediate family (spouse,
child, grandchild, parent, brother, sister,
parent-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law,
brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepparent,
grandparent, foster parent, or domestic partner).
