  • Recording motions, amendments, and other formal procedures

  • De-personalizing the minutes

  • Minutes approval process and its impact

  • Dealing with confidentiality and access to information issues

  • Negotiating your role and building rapport with the group

  • Questions about agenda design and rules of order
